Snoozing Super Bowl guy in ‘Kim Kardashian suite’ was Zero Bond whiz Will Makris: ‘All I wanted to do is close my eyes!’
Kim Kardashian’s suite at the Super Bowl was reportedly so “boring” that one guy was spotted sleeping in the pricey seats.
The drowsy dude, we’ve learned, was Will Makris — the hospitality pro behind high-end hotspots like Zero Bond and Lola Taverna.
Makris blamed his super snooze on Sin City and the parties leading up to the game, he exclusively tells us. But he also says that the suite (which actually belonged to Michael Rubin and Robert Kraft) was “so much fun.”
Makris was a guest in the pricey suite along with Kardashian, Odell Beckham Jr., Kendall Jenner, the Chainsmokers, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Travis Scott, Russell Wilson and Ciara, Gary Vaynerchuk and more.
He tells us, “I went out every night, it’s Sunday night, all I wanted to do is close my eyes for a few minutes! By day five, you get tired.”
Of course, “I closed my eyes for a second, and they take the pic.” But he says that, despite images of other folks in the box texting while Taylor Swift’s suite was going wild, “It was a full-blown party. It was fun.”
He admits, “Around the third quarter was a bit of a lull.” But he adds that during other times in the same suite, “everyone was screaming, jumping, having a good time … it was a great time, it was so much fun. I just needed a little bit of a break — my eyes were burning!”
Makris says that when the pic of his slumber was snapped, “[Texans quarterback] CJ Stroud was talking to me, and it looks like I am in bed, in my third dream.”
On top of all the celebrating, Monday was Makris’ 43rd birthday.
Also visiting the Rubin and Kraft suite were California Governor Gavin Newsom, Shaquille O’Neal and Elon Musk.

“We had so many friends coming by, saying ‘Let’s do a shot together!’” Makris says, adding it was no wonder people looked like they were “on a 13-day bender.”
Another reason, sources say, that the Kardashian crew may have seemed so subdued compared to Swift’s celeb-filled suite was that Rubin hosted his Fanatics Super Bowl pre-party the day before — and we hear the place went through “easily several hundred bottles” of Don Julio 1942, as well as Kevin Hart’s Gran Coramino tequila.
“Travis [Scott] was making everyone do shots, including Robert Kraft,” says a spy at the Rubin bash on Saturday, where Scott performed.
We hear 20,000 people tried to get into the event for 1,000. Ice Spice (who was in Swift’s suite at the game) also performed at Rubin’s bash with many others.
We’ve previously reported that Rubin has played some epic pranks on Makris.
