Keke Palmer’s restraining order against ex Darius Jackson extended six months

Keke Palmer’s temporary domestic violence restraining order against ex Darius Jackson has been extended six months.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the pair agreed to postpone their hearing that was scheduled for Tuesday, which consequently extended the restraining order.

Their new court date is now July 16, which is when the restraining order is also set to expire.

The pair postponed the hearing because they are “engaged in mediation before a private judge,” the documents read.

Palmer, 30, was originally granted a temporary restraining order on Nov. 10, 2023 after she accused Jackson of physical and verbal abuse.

She detailed two alleged instances of assault in her filing, including an alleged Nov. 5 attack that occurred after she expressed her wishes that their then 8-month-old son, Leodis “Leo,” did not attend a football game.

“At that point, he lunged at me, grabbing at my neck and face, knocked me backwards over the couch, stole my phone out of my hands and then ran out of the house,” she claimed in her court documents, which were obtained by Page Six at the time.

She also included disturbing security camera photos of the attack that appeared to support her story.

In addition to the restraining order, the “Nope actress” sought sole custody of Leo, which she was temporarily granted.

Then, in late December, Jackson filed his own restraining order and claimed Palmer had been “verbally and physically abusive” during their relationship and even described her as the “primary aggressor.”

Amid her custody woes and fallout from the relationship, Palmer took to social media to vent that her life was “truly unraveling at the seams.”

However, things seem to be turning around for the former Nickelodeon star, who took to Instagram last week to express how content she was.

“I have never been so happy in my life!!” she wrote alongside a snapshot of herself holding a stingray with a huge smile across her face.

“Already 2024 has started off on the vibes I was looking for, more experiences and more enjoying what this beautiful world has to offer.”

Palmer and Jackson dated on and off beginning in 2021.

They welcomed their son in February 2023 after Palmer announced her pregnancy on “Saturday Night Live” two months prior.
