Margot Robbie channels Superstar Barbie in pink sequins and $3M in diamonds at Golden Globes 2024

Barbie’s gone Golden.

Margot Robbie recreated another iconic Barbie outfit on the Golden Globes 2024 red carpet Sunday, wearing a hot pink boa and coordinating sequined gown along with seven figures in diamonds to kick off the first major awards show of the season.

The 33-year-old “Barbie” actress looked like a living doll as she channeled 1977’s Superstar Barbie in a custom Armani Privé creation, telling Variety on the red carpet, “I just woke up and I thought maybe this would be appropriate tonight.”

She wore her hair down in a loose style, accessorizing with $3 million in glittering Lorraine Schwartz jewelry including 30-carat diamond studs and a 3-carat D flawless ring featuring natural vivid pink diamonds.

Robbie never fails to nail it when it comes to a Barbie-inspired look, and Sunday’s look follows a long line of creative interpretations of classic Mattel outfits.

Her most recent doll-like ensemble was the pink polka-dot Balmain dress she wore to the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards on Thursday, with the ’80s-inspired look featuring puffy sleeves and rosette detail.
