Charlie Sheen attacked by neighbor who forced her way into his home: authorities

Charlie Sheen’s neighbor has been arrested after she allegedly tried to choke him when a dispute between the two erupted at his Los Angeles home Wednesday, Page Six has confirmed.

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department confirmed Friday that the “Two and a Half Men” alum, 58, was allegedly attacked by a 47-year-old woman who had forced her way into his home.

TMZ was the first to report the altercation.

Law enforcement sources told the outlet that once Sheen opened the door to the woman — who is his neighbor — after hearing a knock, she ripped his shirt and attempted to choke him.

After the ordeal, the woman, who has not been named, returned to her own house, where she was later arrested and booked for assault with a deadly weapon and burglary.

It is unclear what caused the alleged altercation to take place.

Sheen then dialed 911, before officers from the LASD and paramedics arrived.

Sheen was not taken to the hospital.

It’s not the first time the actor has had an issue with the woman, insiders added.

Sheen reportedly told cops that the same woman squirted some sticky liquid on his car recently, and dumped trash in front of his door the day before the attack.

Page Six has reached out to Sheen’s reps for comment.

The ordeal comes just days after Sheen revealed that he’s nearly six years sober after quitting alcohol to focus on raising his kids.

“Next month I’ll be six years sober,” the “Two and a Half Men” alum told People earlier this month. “I have a very consistent lifestyle now. It’s all about single dad stuff, and raising my 14-year-old twin boys Max and Bob.”

The actor’s years-long battle with addiction was well documented. He admitted that he used to “love drinking in the morning” and would oftentimes add “scotch in the coffee.”

Sheen now wakes “around 4:30 or 5 a.m.” to “get an early jump on the news, work out, answer emails” and help get his kids ready for the day.

“Then I get the kids up and help them with their morning routine — if you can call it a routine,” the 58-year-old joked.

Sheen, who shares the twins with ex-wife Brooke Mueller, is also dad to daughters Sami, 19, and Lola, 18, with ex-wife Denise Richards as well as daughter Cassandra, 38, with high school girlfriend Paula Profit.
