Ireland Baldwin pokes fun at Alec’s big brood with genetic testing: Do I have ‘other siblings’?
Even Ireland Baldwin can laugh about her father’s ever-growing brood of children.
The eldest daughter of Alec Baldwin took to Instagram on her 28th birthday Monday, joking that she purchased an at-home genetic testing kit to determine how many siblings she actually has.
“Happy birthday gift to me – a cool way to find out how many other siblings I might have out there and see just how white I really am,” she captioned the post, referencing the “30 Rock” star who shares seven young kids with Hilaria Baldwin.
“Cheers and thank you for all the birthday wishes,” Ireland added.
Alec, 65, and Hilaria, 39, are parents to Carmen, 10, Rafael, 8, Leonardo, 7, Romeo, 5, Eduardo, 3, María Lucía, 2, and Ilaria, 1.
Hundreds of the model’s fans jumped into the comments section with harrowing tales of what they discovered when they purchased a genetic testing kit.
“I found 20.. not even kidding 😮😂,” one follower wrote.
Another added, “Been there done that! Proceed with caution and strong mental health.”
A third chimed in, “I found out 2 of my sisters weren’t actually blood relatives. Craziest s–t ever.”
Hilaria, who is 26 years Alec’s junior, recently joked about welcoming 11 more kids with the A-lister.
“Pre kids I would visit you on 30 rock and prank you with that hidden cupboard behind,” she captioned a birthday tribute in July.
“You had no pants…then we had 7 kids. well here is to 11 more…years…maybe kids too…definitely cats,” she quipped.

Much like her dad, she’s adding new members to the family, having welcomed her first daughter, Holland, in May.
It seems she’s been settling into new mom life, recently giving fans an update on the “pride” she has in using her “milk jugs” to nurse her baby girl.
“To be completely transparent, I did not want to breast-feed,” the Good Times café owner wrote in an Instagram post.
“I had my own personal reasons for that choice. But it turned out that me and little Miss were kind of good at it!!!” she went on.
“It just took a little time to get there,” Ireland clarified. “She was supplemented with formula and still gets formula/breast milk combo!”
The actress and her boyfriend RAC, whose real name is André Allen Anjos, announced in December 2022 that they were expecting a baby together.
