Jennifer Garner’s son, Samuel, 11, is almost as tall as mom during morning outing
They grow up so fast — literally.
Jennifer Garner’s 11-year-old son, Samuel, has sprouted up, and he’s nearly as tall as his 5-foot-8 mom.
Samuel’s newfound height was on full display when he stepped out with his mom during an early morning coffee run in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The “13 Going on 30” actress — who shares Samuel as well as daughters Seraphina, 14, and Violet, 17, with ex-husband Ben Affleck — looked effortlessly stylish in gray trousers and a black sleeveless tee.
She accessorized her look with sunglasses and black loafers as she carried a cozy sweatshirt and a hot cup of joe.
Her blond-haired boy, who rocked a green-collared navy sweatshirt, camel chinos and sneakers, looked ready for school as he lugged his backpack and a large water bottle.
Garner and Affleck, both 51, have kept their children relatively out of the spotlight over the years. However, Violet famously made a splash into society when she attended billionaire Michael Rubin’s star-studded white party in the Hamptons with her dad and his new wife, Jennifer Lopez, on the Fourth of July.

The “Let’s Get Loud” singer, who shares 15-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and the “Good Will Hunting” actor blended their families after tying the knot in July 2022.
Since their union, Affleck has continued to maintain a cordial co-parenting relationship with Garner.
Last week, Garner was spotted meeting up with the “Gone Girl” star for a family gathering, and the exes also joined forces to cheer on Samuel at his sporting event earlier this month.
The “Love, Simon” star and Affleck were also seen hugging during a family trip to Italy in August.
Last year, Lopez shared that she and Affleck have an “amazing” co-parenting relationship with Garner and they “work well together.”
“What I hope to cultivate with our family is that his kids have a new ally in me and my kids have a new ally in him,” Lopez, 54, told Vogue at the time.
J.Lo continued, “Someone who really loves and cares about them but can have a different perspective and help me see things that I can’t see with my kids because I’m so emotionally tied up.”
Affleck and Garner finalized their divorce in October 2018. Three years later, Affleck and Lopez rekindled their love, and he proposed for the second time in April 2022.
The “Maid in Manhattan” actress and Affleck were originally engaged in the early 2000s but called it off and started families with their respective ex-spouses after struggling to be together in the public eye.
