Sam Asghari posts shirtless thirst trap video amid Britney Spears’ fling with ex-con
Sam Asghari is “focused” on his fitness routine amid news that his estranged wife, Britney Spears, is dating her ex-con housekeeper, Paul Richard Soliz.
Taking to Instagram Saturday, the personal trainer posted a lengthy video of himself shirtless and sweaty in the gym, simply captioning the workout vid, “Focused 💪🏽.”
Asghari showcased his pull-up skills and fit physique as Eminem’s “Til’ I Collapse” played over the workout montage.
His fitness thirst trap content comes two days after Page Six confirmed that Spears, 41, has been dating Soliz.
A separate source contests that the two are “not dating” and that they stopped hanging out after Spears “came back from Mexico,” but our insider insists that the two are still together.
While initial reports claimed that Asghari, 29, filed for divorce due to an alleged cheating scandal involving a then-unidentified housekeeper, a third insider told Page Six that the Grammy winner was not unfaithful during her marriage and that reports of a relationship with Soliz are “false.”

Amongst the chatter, another source told the Daily Mail that Spears’ fling with Soliz fizzled out and the two are “no longer” in communication.
However, our insider suggests that Soliz didn’t join Spears during her Mexico getaway due to passport restrictions likely brought on by his own legal issues.
Page Six also discovered that Soliz had a court date for an alleged probation violation scheduled during the singer’s Cabo vacation, which may have kept Spears from whisking away with her new beau.
The “Stronger” singer’s romance with the man hired to “clean toilets, mop floors and pick up trash” around her home comes on the tail of her high-profile divorce from Asghari after just over a year of marriage.
Addressing the split on her Instagram last month, Spears wrote that she was “a little shocked.”
Adding that her split with the fitness trainer is “nobody’s business,” Spears wrote, “So I will be as strong as I can and do my best !!! And I’m actually doing pretty damn good !!!”
As for Asghari, he wrote in a statement that the two “will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other” as they navigate the contentious split, casually adding “s–t happens.”
Though the estranged couple was together for five years before getting engaged, due to Spears’ ironclad prenup, it is unlikely that Asghari will see much of the pop star’s fortune.
