Travis Kelce just ‘having fun’ amid Taylor Swift dating rumors, brother Jason says

He tried his best to Shake It Off, but Jason Kelce just couldn’t avoid questions about his brother Travis’ rumored romance with Taylor Swift.

Speaking to Football Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez on “Thursday Night Football,” Jason was quizzed on his brother’s dating life.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 33, has reportedly been hanging out with the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker for a few weeks after he tried — and failed — to give Swift his phone number at one of her recent Eras Tour concerts, according to the Messenger.

Attempting to get to the bottom of it, Gonzalez asked Jason to divulge on the rumored rendezvous.

“So you talk about family, I have a 15-year-old daughter, and she’s a big fan of a certain pop star, and you have a family member — a brother — and I’ve been hearing rumors, maybe some stuff. Can you comment?” Gonzalez asked.

“I’ve seen these rumors, I cannot comment,” the Eagles center said.

Analyst Richard Sherman chimed in, quipping, “What are we going on TMZ? What are we doing?!”

But despite his co-host’s comment, Gonzalez pressed further by saying he was gathering information for his daughter.

“Ever since ‘Catching Kelce,’ everybody has been infatuated with Travis’ love life,” Jason shared, referring to his brother’s previous reality dating show. “I don’t really know what’s going on there. I know Trav is having fun.”

“We’ll see what happens with whoever he ends up with,” he added.

While the romance rumors have not been addressed by the NFL star or the 12-time Grammy winner, Travis recently confirmed that he was in New York during the Aug. 31 episode of his “New Heights” podcast.

After Jason asked the two-time Super Bowl champion where he was during his week off, Travis appeared elusive about his whereabouts.

“What did I do?” Travis said. “I can’t remember. I don’t think I did much.”

Ultimately, he admitted that he “disappeared,” adding, “I think I was up in New York.”

The coy comments came just over a month after Travis revealed that he had planned to give the singer a friendship bracelet with his number on it at her Kansas City show.

“I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings,” he said on the podcast.

“So, I was a little butthurt that I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”

“If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts there are friendship bracelets and I received a bunch of them being there but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it,” he added.
