‘The Bear’ star Jeremy Allen White goes for shirtless, sweaty run amid divorce

Oh yes, chef.

Jeremy Allen White cooked up a nice sweat while going for a shirtless jog in Los Angeles Friday morning — and showed off his perfectly carved-out abs in the process.

The “Bear” star kept his face covered with a cap but allowed his slick torso to soak up the sun — and perhaps give his body an opportunity to even out his tan lines.

Dressed in nothing but black shorts and white sneakers, White ran with his tank top tucked into his bottoms.

He also didn’t bother to take off a couple of bracelets and rings for his workout, though his wedding band was nowhere to be seen in light of his estranged wife, Addison Timlin, filing for divorce in May.

The “Shameless” star and the “Californication” actress, both 32, were married for nearly four years and share two daughters, Ezer Billie, 4, and Dolores Wild, 2.

Neither revealed a reason as to why they were going their separate ways after falling in love as teenagers.

Timlin came under fire just a few weeks after the filing when she detailed how difficult life was as a “single mom.”

Following the backlash, which saw fans call her out for not knowing the difference between being a “single mom” and a “mom who is single,” the “Town That Dreaded Sundown” star updated her caption to say “co-parent.”

A source who knows the former couple told Page Six that White was “blindsided” by his estranged wife’s post.

“Addison changed her Instagram post because it wasn’t accurate; a lot of people were like, ‘What are you talking about?’” the insider shared.

“Jeremy had no control about where he was filming. He filmed ‘The Bear’ in Chicago and any time he could, he came home. He is so involved in those girls’ lives; he adores his daughters.”
