Bitch, is that Madonna?

The 64-year-old singer looked unrealistically flawless in a heavily-edited photo of herself that she shared on social media amid her recovery from a medical emergency.

“‘A single rose can be my garden A single friend my world.’ ♥️🌹 Thank You,” Madonna captioned the photo shared via Instagram Tuesday, quoting author Leo Buscaglia.

In the snap, the “Material Girl” singer is seen with her blond hair in braided pigtails as she closes her eyes and embraces a beautiful display of pink roses.

Naturally, several of her followers flooded the comments section to point out her exaggerated, smoother-than-usual facade.

“Roblox,” one person commented, suggesting she looked like an avatar.

“I thought this was Ariana Grande yuh,” another wrote, comparing her to the younger 30-year-old singer, who has been making headlines for her split from Dalton Gomez.

One person even argued in the comments section that Madonna looked “younger” than her 26-year-old daughter, Lourdes Leon, begging her to “cut off the Photoshop.”

Meanwhile, loyal fans of the songstress came to her defense, showering her with compliments and messages of support.

“Beautiful!!!! Hope every day you are better!!!!. 💜💜💜💜💜💜,” one person wrote, with another adding, “We’re glad to see you doing amazing ❤❤️❤️ we can’t live without you. & we’re so blessed to still have you with us. You’re such a warrior & a fighter.”

As previously reported, Madonna’s ever-evolving appearance in recent years has left many people concerned for her well-being.

Fans grew even more worried for the singer after Page Six exclusively reported last month that she was rushed to a New York City hospital after being found unresponsive.

We were told at the time that the Queen of Pop was intubated for at least one night after developing “a serious bacterial infection” – and that her daughter Leon was by her side throughout the scare.

“I’m on the road to recovery and incredibly grateful for all the blessings in my life,” Madonna wrote in a statement shared to Instagram on July 10. “My focus now is my health and getting stronger and I assure you, I’ll be back with you as soon as I can!”

At the time, she also noted that she would be rescheduling the North American leg of her tour – which had to be postponed amid the medical emergency – and is planning to get back to performing in Europe by October.

“Madonna told everyone she wants to do the whole thing [soon] — but her management team and her insurance company kicked back,” she source said. “There was a bit of a battle raging.”

Sources told Page Six that Madonna tried to avoid postponing her tour — which the singer has been planning for nearly four years — but was faced with pushback.

In the weeks since the health scare, a friend told Page Six that Madonna is now back on her feet but still “weak.”

“She gets exhausted when she walks. She was telling everyone she was well enough to do her US dates,” the friend said. “However, no one wanted any sort of relapse and she was essentially overruled.”

Back in February, Madonna also made headlines – and sparked plastic surgery speculation – when she appeared unrecognizable at the 2023 Grammys.

She responded to the hullabaloo by claiming her face had been distorted by a long-camera lens used at the awards show.

“Once again I am caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny that permeates the world we live in. A world that refuses to celebrate women pass [sic] the age of 45 and feels the need to punish her If she continues to be strong-willed, hard-working, and adventurous,” she wrote via Instagram at the time.

“My focus now is my health and getting stronger and I assure you, I’ll be back with you as soon as I can!” Madonna said in a statement.
The singer had to postpone part of her tour after her medical emergency.

She added that she wouldn’t apologize for any of the choices she makes.

“I have been degraded by the media since the beginning of my career but I understand that this is all a test and I am happy to do the trailblazing so that all the women behind me can have an easier time in the years to come,” she said.

Plastic surgeons previously told Page Six they believe she had a facelift, nose job and “pulled back” skin, as well as other work.
