Dave Portnoy claims Sonja Morgan DMed him motel sex proposition
Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy claimed that Sonja Morgan slid into his DMs to ask for motel sex before publicly propositioning him last week.
“Sonja Morgan from ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’ responded to my video saying she wanted to f–k me in a motel. She actually DMed it to me,” Portnoy, 46, claimed on Wednesday’s episode of the “BFFs Podcast.”
Portnoy said that he “ignored it” but ultimately responded when Morgan subsequently propositioned him in a public comment on an Instagram video he made where he suggested that Tom Brady should “f–k” Kim Kardashian in a motel.
“Page Six tweeted at me, so like, are you going to f–k Sonja Morgan? To which I responded, ‘gross,'” Portnoy explained.
The sports blogger admitted that he had “no idea who she was” when she reached out and that he would never be interested because the 59-year-old reality star is “quite old.”
“No offense to old people. I’m quite old, it’s all relative,” he said.
“I mean, she was just doing it for publicity,” Portnoy theorized.
The bizarre Barstool-“RHONY” crossover occurred when Portnoy posted an impassioned video slamming rumors that Brady and Kardashian were flirting at Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July Hamptons party earlier this month.

“If he wants to f–k her, go f–k her in a motel and gossip and tell your friends … We’re not dating the Kardashians, Tom,” Portnoy said in his expletive-filled rant.
“If you go down to that level, we all go down. We’re better than that.”
Morgan then inserted herself by asking Portnoy in the comments section if he wanted to hook up with her.
“Awesome. Does that mean Dave will take me to a motel?” she commented on Page Six’s Instagram post about Portnoy’s disgusting outburst.
Portnoy then responded to our coverage of Morgan’s sexual proposal, tweeting simply, “With all due respect….gross.”
He faced harsh backlash for rejecting Morgan in such a ruthless way.
“David Portnoy I love u dont u dare disrespect Sonja Morgan like that!!!!!” one person wrote online.
Another agreed, adding, “No, no, no! You do not disrespect the Morgan name!!”
And “Real Housewives of Dubai” star Chanel Ayan clapped back at Portnoy, writing on Instagram, “He is gross Sonja is a catch and hot.”
She added that Portnoy is “lucky she even thinks of him,” and that he should “be appreciative bro.”
Morgan is single and often discusses details of her dating life. She was previously married to John Adams Morgan from 1998 to 2006, with whom she shares 22-year-old daughter Quincy Adams Morgan.
Meanwhile, the “One Bite” pizza reviewer has been dating 28-year-old model Silvana Mojica since 2020. He was previously married to Renee Portnoy for 8 years but divorced in 2017.
