Jane Fonda, 85, gets pushed in wheelchair through airport

Jane Fonda gave her feet a break before catching a flight Wednesday morning.

The 85-year-old, who has been doing plenty of press in recent months, was pushed in a wheelchair by several aides through LAX airport in Los Angeles.

Fonda was seen wearing a black jacket with matching trousers, a white button-down shirt and a purple sweater.

She also accessorized with a pair of gold earrings, oversized shades and black boots.

The “80 For Brady” star, who looked to be in great shape, carried a quilted black backpack on her lap and hung a second bag from the side of the wheelchair.

Fonda also donned a black protective face mask and appeared to be in good spirits during the outing, simply opting to avoid a long trek through the airport.

The sighting comes less than a year after Fonda revealed she was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and had been undergoing chemo for six months.

“This is a very treatable cancer. 80% of people survive, so I feel very lucky,” she assured her fans in September 2022.

“Last week I was told by my oncologist that my cancer is in remission and I can discontinue chemo,” she explained via her website in a blog post titled, “BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER!!” last December.

Fonda also shared that her first four rounds of chemotherapy were “rather easy” but that her last session was especially “rough” on her body, making it “hard to accomplish much of anything.”

“I am feeling so blessed, so fortunate,” she added.

“I thank all of you who prayed and sent good thoughts my way. I am confident that it played a role in the good news.”

The “Barbarella” star also acknowledged that her “privilege as a celebrity” afforded her the best health insurance and “access to the best doctors and treatment.”

Despite the scary diagnosis, Fonda vowed to not let the disease interfere with her climate change activism.

“I don’t know how you could not [protest],” the fitness guru told Page Six earlier this month.

“I have grandchildren. I love animals, I love nature. We’re going to destroy it all if we don’t.”

Fonda began protesting the Vietnam War in the ’60s and hasn’t stopped over the past five decades.

Back in 2019, the octogenarian was arrested three times in consecutive weeks while protesting environmental causes.
