Ryan Seacrest laughed off Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ rocky kick-off to “Live” during his brief return to the morning show.

“I got out just in the nick of time,” Seacrest joked on Thursday’s episode.

Consuelos — who replaced Seacrest as co-host last month — was filling him in on all the things he’s missed since he left the show.

“You’ve missed ballroom dancing, menopause myths, couples therapy — all those great segments,” Consuelos sarcastically told him.

Seacrest, 48, gushed that he is a fan of the show and has enjoyed watching the husband-wife duo’s takeover.

“I have to say, I’ve been watching, you guys are so great together,” Seacrest continued. “I love it. I love Mark doing the teases, I love the promos I see, I love the games.”

Ripa, 52, then clapped back, “You just love that you don’t have to do it anymore!”

Seacrest returned to the ABC talk show for the first time since quitting his role after six years and moving to Los Angeles to focus on hosting “American Idol.”

On his last episode in April, Ripa sent him off with an emotional speech raving about her “younger brother” or “oldest son.”

After Seacrest left “Live,” Ripa and Consuelos, 52, faced a few mixed reviews from fans — specifically about their PDA, pre-recording their shows and struggling with cutting each other off.

However, it seems that the “All My Children” alum have since gotten into their groove and received higher than average ratings.

“Live with Kelly and Mark” airs weekdays at 9 a.m. ET.
