Teyana Taylor hit the Met Gala 2023 red carpet Monday in a Thom Browne skirt suit so snug, she seemingly had to jump up the museum steps.
In a viral TikTok posted by creator @alaskacore, the triple threat can be seen bunny-hopping up the Met stairs in her Karl Lagerfeld-inspired backless tweed jacket and matching low-slung maxi skirt.
The latter was tightly laced up both sides, hindering Taylor’s movement.
“You better jump queen,” the TikToker captioned the hilarious clip, calling the moment an “immobile serve.”
“this is so veggietales,” one commenter quipped, while another compared Taylor to “That lamp on Pixar movies.”
“I gotta pee!” Taylor, 32, admitted to Essence — which also captured footage of the star struggling on the steps — when she reached the top.
“I was hoping the kangaroo pouch wasn’t gonna pop out. But you know, when you get in there and you’re nervous, you’re standing, I think I let it out a little bit,” the dancer joked.
Despite her skintight ensemble, Taylor still had a good time at the Met Gala, even smuggling in her own Chick-Fil-A snack.
Pusha T shared an Instagram Story of the star’s fast food, writing, “@teyanataylor is embarrassing me” and joking, “I want her away from me …”

Taylor didn’t take offense, and even shared the clip of her french fries and chicken on her own Story.
“Listen, don’t play with it,” she quipped while showing off her sauce.
