Bam Margera facing arrest after assaulting his brother, Jess

Authorities have obtained a warrant for Bam Margera’s arrest after the “Jackass” alum allegedly got into a physical altercation and fled.

The Pennsylvania State Police announced Monday that troopers responded to a reported disturbance Sunday near Pocopson Township and conducted an investigation that concluded Margera had been involved in a “physical altercation” with an unnamed person, which Page Six can reveal is his brother, Jess Margera.

Jess sustained minor injuries, the press release stated.

Margera already had disappeared into the woods by the time police arrived.

Pennsylvania State Police are actively searching for the troubled reality star, 43, and asking the public for help in locating him.

The official police report, obtained by Page Six, shows Margera is facing several charges, including four counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and one count of simple assault.

Jess also told police that his brother left behind an ominous note that read, “If you even f–king think of calling the police on me I will officially f–k you up.”

Jess went downstairs and discovered his brother peeing in the kitchen sink, prompting Bam to become “aggressive” and start punching Jess in the face.

A rep for the police department didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Margera’s legal troubles have escalated in recent months, with the former MTV star having been arrested for public intoxication in Los Angeles at the end of March.

Before he was put into handcuffs, Margera was seen screaming at his now-estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, about his disappointment with their custody agreement over their son, Phoenix.

About a week later, the “Viva La Bam” star was hit with a temporary restraining order for threatening a man’s life.

Boyd filed for legal separation in February amid Margera’s ongoing battle with substance abuse issues.

The model’s lawyer, David Glass, told TMZ that she was present the last time the stuntman hung out with their 5-year-old son, believing him to be under the influence and acting “inappropriately.”

Margera, however, reportedly claimed to be sober at the time.

Boyd previously filed for full custody of their little one in 2021 when Margera relapsed.

The former professional skateboarder has been in and out of rehab sites since 2009.

Over the past year, Margera has made headlines for escaping multiple court-ordered rehabilitation facilities.
