Lala Kent claims Raquel, Tom were found ‘under the covers’ prior to Scandoval
Lala Kent claims there were major red flags in Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ “friendship” that many people in their inner circle chose to ignore.
For instance, the “Vanderpump Rules” star claimed on Jeff Lewis’ Sirius XM show Tuesday that one individual recalled “opening the doors and seeing Sandoval and Raquel under covers together” but thought to themselves, “‘This is weird but they’re just best friends.'”
Kent, 32, did not disclose who allegedly found Sandoval, 40, and Leviss, 28, in a compromising position but she claimed that it happened off-camera at “some party.”
Now that it’s been confirmed that Sandoval cheated on his longtime girlfriend, Ariana Madix, for several months, people in their friend group are starting to see their past interactions differently.
Kent also told Lewis, 53, that she once thought to herself, “These two have crossed a line. They’re f–king each other,” and mentioned her suspicions to co-star Scheana Shay.
However, she didn’t tell Madix, 37, because they hadn’t been “super close for a while” and she also didn’t have any proof.
“Vanderpump Rules” alum Brittany Cartwright, who kept in touch with Madix even after she left the show, also recently commented on uncovering clues about the affair.
“There were times whenever we went to certain events when [Sandoval and Leviss] came together and I was like, ‘This is kind of odd,’” Cartwright, 34, said on a March 22 episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
The “When Reality Hits” podcast host then added that she dismissed the peculiar behavior at the time, thinking, “Tom Sandoval makes friends, like, really fast with different people, so I was, like, maybe they’re just close friends right now.”
Sources previously told Page Six that Sandoval and Leviss began hooking up sometime in the summer of 2022.
The insider also claimed that the former pageant queen would allegedly sleep “over at Tom and Ariana’s house when Ariana’s been out of town.”

Madix did not find out about her longtime boyfriend cheating until March 1 when she allegedly found a sexually explicit video of Leviss on his phone. She immediately proceeded to dump Sandoval after nearly 10 years together.
Lewis asked Kent whether she believes Sandoval “lied” and “manipulated” Leviss into taking part in the affair, to which she replied, “If Raquel were not dear friends with Ariana, I would say that Sandoval groomed her.”
Cartwright’s husband and fellow “Pump Rules” alum Jax Taylor agreed, stating in a recent interview that he believes Sandoval preyed on Leviss because she is “easily influenced” and “can be controlled.”
Meanwhile, Sandoval and Leviss have not defined their plans for their relationship.
The former Miss California contestant said, for her part, she does not want to put a “label” on it amid all of the turmoil and a source exclusively told us Tuesday that the Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras frontman “wants to make it work with Raquel.”
However, the insider also noted that Sandoval knows “the odds are stacked against them as a couple.”
The events leading up to Scandoval and the aftermath of the affair’s fallout will continue to play out on Season 10 of “Vanderpump Rules,” which airs Wednesdays on Bravo.
