Priscilla Presley contesting Lisa Marie’s will is a ‘money grab’: source

Priscilla Presley contesting Lisa Marie Presley’s will is a “money grab,” a friend of the late singer-songwriter tells Page Six exclusively.

“It’s strictly a money grab,” our source claims. “She had no relationship with Priscilla, [her ex-husband] Michael Lockwood or her half-brother [Navarone Garibaldi].”

Our source says that Lockwood, who had an acrimonious divorce from Lisa Marie, was not actually invited to his ex-wife’s memorial despite attending.

A second source tells us that Lockwood was not mentioned during the Jan. 22 service at all — but another one of Lisa Marie’s ex-husbands, Danny Keough, was.

Priscilla, Lockwood and Garibaldi are being represented by the same publicist, Caroline Galloway, in the bid to toss the will in question.

Galloway and an attorney for Priscilla didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

As Page Six reported this weekend, Priscilla filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court challenging a “purported 2016 amendment” to her daughter’s will that ousted her as a trustee.

Priscilla, 77, asked a judge to determine the validity of the amendment, which named Lisa Marie’s eldest daughter, Riley Keough, and her late son, Benjamin Keough, as beneficiaries of the trust.

In the documents, Priscilla alleged that Lisa Marie’s signature on the 2016 document “appears inconsistent with her usual and customary signature,”and further argued that Lisa Marie’s name had even been spelled wrong.

She also claimed the document was neither notarized nor had been delivered to her while Lisa Marie was alive, as laid out in the terms of the 2010 trust arrangement.

Lisa Marie was said to have blown through her $100 million fortune left to her by her late father, Elvis Presley. In 2018, she sued her former business manager, Barry Siegel, for negligence and mishandling her inheritance.

Lisa Marie, who died at age 54 on Jan. 12 after suffering cardiac arrest, reportedly took out $35 million in life insurance policies — but had accrued more than $4 million in debt.

The only daughter of the King of Rock and Roll and Priscilla was said to have filled out paperwork to receive a lump sum of $2 million, but the policy was never cashed in because of a mishap.
