Kyle Richards shows off abs in selfie after denying Ozempic weight loss

Kyle Richards flaunted her abs with a snap of herself in the gym amid buzz she used the trendy weight loss drug Ozempic.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star — who denied jabbing herself with the medication intended for diabetes patients — pulled up her tight gray top to reveal her midriff on her Instagram Story Monday.

Richards, 54, paired the long sleeve workout top with black leggings, multi colored sneakers, and a towel around her neck, as she lifted her arms above her head.

Although she didn’t caption the image, she added the hashtag “#IWANTABS2023.”

The Bravolebrity pulled her brunette tresses back into a messy updo, and accessorized with a gold necklace and sunglasses tucked neatly into her top.

The photo comes one week after Richards declared she was the “real deal” and hadn’t used any medications to shed the pounds, which have skyrocketed in popularity in recent months.

“After gaining weight during the summer — on July 15 — after getting off the boat I said ‘That is it. I’m not having any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol,’” the actress told fellow “Housewives” stars Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge on “Two Ts In A Pod.”

“A lot of people think I’ve been taking Ozempic. To clarify I’ve never taken Ozempic,” Richards clarified, referencing the diabetes drug.

As for her significant body transformation, the reality star said that she was initially going to cut out sugar, carbs, and alcohol for “maybe two or three weeks.”

However, she changed her mind when she began seeing immediate results.

“I started losing weight and I felt so good. I was like ‘why would I go back to that?’ Richards explained.

“So I still have not had alcohol at all, and you know, I’ll have a bite of birthday cake here and there but that’s it.”

She isn’t the first celebrity to be accused of using Ozempic. Khloé Kardashian recently shut down a follower who suggested she was using the drug to achieve her thinner physique.

“Let’s not discredit my years of working out,” the “Kardashians” star, 38, clapped back. “I get up 5 days a week at 6am to train.”
