Tina Knowles celebrated Blue Ivy’s 11th birthday with a rare Instagram photo Sunday.

In the social media post, the preteen daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z smiled on a beach beside her grandmother. Blue paired a white top and matching pants with a black blazer and sunglasses.

While the little one wore white sneakers, Knowles, 69, posed barefoot in a polka-dot jumpsuit.

“The day that you were born was one of the best days of my life,” the fashion designer captioned the sweet snap, calling Blue a “very special … queen.”

Knowles went on to call the youngest-ever Grammy winner “funny and beautiful and graceful, kind and so smart.”

“You’re my babies,” she said at the time, “and I’m so proud of y’all.”
