Braunwyn Windham-Burke: I’m ‘unable to provide’ for my kids amid divorce

Braunwyn Windham-Burke claims she’s “unable to provide” for herself and her children because her estranged husband, Sean Burke, has “stopped providing any support.”

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum explains in a recent court filing, obtained by Page Six, that she now has to rely on family to assist her in meeting her “basic living expenses and even expenses for our children.”

Windham-Burke and Burke share five minor kids: Jacob, 17, twins Caden and Curren, 9, Koa, 7, and Hazel, 4.

They also have two adult children: Bella, 22, and Rowan, 20.

“I have relied on [Burke] for all financial
security since I was 20 years old,” the former Bravolebrity states in the documents. “I have relied on [Burke] to make all financial decisions for 23 years, and I have effectively been kept in the dark regarding the true extent of our business interests and assets.”

Windham-Burke, 45, claims she’s now no longer able to maintain the lifestyle to which she became accustomed, which included luxurious trips to Europe and Asia, personal trainers, a glam squad, a shopping budget and more during their marriage.

As such, she’s requesting Burke, 49, pay her $10,000 per month in spousal support because he allegedly earns $65,000 per month in gross income, according to the docs.

In his response, Burke agreed to pay spousal support to Windham-Burke but surprisingly requested the court also “reserve for future determination the issue of support payable to” him.

Windham-Burke filed for divorce from Burke in October after nearly 23 years of marriage. Although the reality star came out as gay in 2020, the pair didn’t decide to go their separate ways until each of them had found serious significant others.

The mom of seven listed the date of official separation as Oct. 13, 2022, but she initially announced a trial separation from Burke in the summer of 2021.

“Braunwyn knew she needed to do this at some point to fully explore her life as a gay woman,” a source close to Windham-Burke told us at the time of the divorce. “She’s excited for the future.”
