NYC society parties in leather and lingerie at Julie Macklowe’s wild bash

Talk about going out of 2022 in wild style.

Millionaire entrepreneur Julie Macklowe threw herself an epic 45th birthday party with a leather and lingerie theme.

New York society descended on Cipriani’s Musica Club for a dance party Friday night in honor of the Macklowe Whiskey founder.

Following cocktails and a jazz show, plus an aerial burlesque performance, the nearly 600 guests headed to the venue’s nightclub for a two-hour set by electronic duo Bob Moses.

Guests included Macklowe’s husband, wealthy developer Billy Macklowe — wearing skin-tight leather — and his billionaire art collector mother, Linda Macklowe.

Harry Macklowe, the famed billionaire investor and Julie’s father-in-law, was not in attendance.

Insiders said nearly 200 bottles of Cristal champagne were served at the bash — which apparently cost into the high six figures — as guests also enjoyed $200 to $400 shots of Julie’s Macklowe American Single Malt, which she created in 2019.

Other guests included billionaire hedge funder John Paulson and his nutritionist influencer girlfriend Alina de Almeida — apparently wearing masks — plus banker Todd Meister.

Also there were Ronan Farrow, Christina Cuomo, Fox TV’s Rosanna Scotto and artist Stephanie Hirsch, who was married this past summer and arrived attached by a chain to her husband, David Graf.

Former “Real Housewives” Kelly Bensimon and Ramona Singer also showed up, with Singer sporting a revealing low-cut black Basque, while Bensimon skipped the theme in a sweater and jacket.

Plus divorcing “My Unorthodox Life” star Julia Haart, the former CEO of high-end lingerie firm Agent Provocateur, showed up in an appropriate white lacy bodysuit and silver hotpants for the dress code.

From the fashion world there was Alice & Olivia founder Stacey Bendet, designer Timo Weiland, photographer Douglas Friedman and models Charlotte Bonstrom, Vanessa Fuchs and Cypress Hayunga.

Plus fixtures from the social scene included Valesca Hermes, Camilla Olsson, Eleanora Kennedy, Ulla Parker, Jennifer Creel, Dori Cooperman, Janna Bullock and Christina Getty.

The Ritz Carlton’s Paul and Dayssi Kanavos also attended, along with Equinox Group chairman Harvey Spevak, hospitality guru Omar Hernandez and event guru Colin Cowie.

While most prolific party-throwers usually include a photo booth or a selfie spot, Macklowe — the outgoing chairwoman of the Fashion Institute of Technology Couture Council — set up a professional photo shoot for guests with full lighting and a fashion shoot-style backdrop.

One guest remarked, “She had three professional photographers. It was like a Calvin Klein shoot. For all I know, it could have been Steven Meisel.”

And just like at a celebrity wedding, Julie, known for her lavish parties — last summer she threw a Barbie-themed bash in the Hamptons — had three outfit changes, including a barely-there mesh-and-sequin creation for the dance party.

The Macklowe family has recently been in the news over the split of billionaire mega-developer Harry and his former wife Linda, who were married for 57 years.

Their 2018 divorce led to the richest night of art sales in Sotheby’s history, in a court-ordered auction to divide their astonishing art collection, which included works by Mark Rothko, Gerhard Richter, Andy Warhol and Willem de Kooning.

When the first final hammer came down in November 2021, 35 lots of the former couple’s art sold for $676 million. A second sale in May 2022 pushed the total to an eye-watering $922 million in sales, making it the most valuable private collection ever sold at auction.

Then in 2019, a year after their divorce, Page Six revealed Harry married Patricia Lazar-Landeau and erected a 42-foot-tall billboard depicting their happy faces on a Park Avenue building.
