Alec Baldwin pokes fun at family size emceeing Ripple of Hope gala

Talk about a royal family.

Alec Baldwin — who has seven kids with wife Hilaria — poked fun at his family’s size on Tuesday night when he emceed the 2022 Ripple of Hope Awards, just over two months after the latest addition to his ever-growing brood.

During a charity pledge drive at the event honoring Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, a source told us, “Alec Baldwin jumped in to help with the auction.”

The source said that Baldwin “got people to donate $200,000 in 90 seconds” right off the bat, with one gift of $100,000 and then two at $50,000. 

But when, “Hilaria Baldwin gave $10,000… Alec said, ‘We were going to give $50,000, but we have seven children.”

Another donor than offered to match any donations up to $250,000 at the event, we hear.

Another source said, “During the auction portion [of the gala], Keegan-Michael Key stood behind Gayle [King] and jokingly pressured her to donate money. She ended up giving $10,000.”

King and Key were among the VIPs and stars in the crowd including Don Lemmon, Catherine Keener, Alfre Woodard, Gayle King, Henry Schleiff, Libbie Mugrabi, Ricard Kind and Karen Duffy, we hear. Baldwin, 64, also joked from the stage, “The gummies are helping my eyesight… and now I see [CNN anchor] Don Lemmon hiding over there.”

The Ripple of Hope gala in NYC was hosted by Robert F. Kennedy’s daughter, Kerry Kennedy, and the “30 Rock” star also gently razzed the Kennedy family, by saying, “If only 10% of Kerry’s family shows up, that’s still 500 people and a full room!”

The event’s program listed over 75 Kennedys in attendance, we counted, including matriarch Ethel Kennedy and former Massachusetts pol Joe Kennedy III.

A society source said that Harry and Meghan helped drive the night’s donations.

“The Duke and Duchess are money magnets!” said the insider. Another source said that later in the night, “When Harry and Meghan took the stage there was overwhelming applause. They had a lot of support in the room. “

Harry even revealed to the crowd that it was a “date night” for him and Markle. The night honored Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Bill Russell, Michael Polsky, Brian Moynihan and Frank Baker.

Hilaria, 38, and Alec have been steadily expanding their family since their June 2012 wedding — with kids Carmen, 9, Rafael, 7, Leonardo, 6, Romeo, 4, Eduard, 2, Lucia, 1, and newest addition, Ilaria  He is also the father of daughter Ireland, 27, with his ex-wife, Kim Basinger.

The couple also recently hilariously gave up on getting an orderly family photo with their seven kids while celebrating Thanksgiving.

Alec also emceed the same event last year, weeks after the tragedy on the set of his ill-fated film, “Rust.” Hilaria said in a new interview with “Extra” of the incident in which cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed on set when a prop gun: “We’re not OK. We can’t be OK. No one’s OK… it was and is a tragedy that nobody could ever have imagined.”
