Hilaria Baldwin looked back on her 2019 miscarriage at 16 weeks pregnant, recalling how she reacted to the loss.

“I started to scream,” the “Witches Anonymous” podcast co-host told listeners in a recent episode.

The fitness guru went on to say that she immediately called her husband, Alec Baldwin, who was on a public bus.

“I just didn’t know what to do,” she remembered. “I walked many, many, many blocks. I was just crying and walking.”

Hilaria, now 38, noted that she had a “weird feeling” going into her ultrasound appointment that day, as she “couldn’t feel the baby” moving.

“[The ultrasound tech] puts the wand on my belly, and the baby [was] not moving,” the former yoga instructor recalled. “She was dead.”

Hilaria and Alec — who are the parents of Carmen, 9, Rafael, 7, Leonardo, 6, Romeo, 4, Eduardo, 2, Lucia, 1, and Ilaria, 2 months — had already told their eldest child and the public about their pregnancy.

And so, Hilaria felt an immediate need to update her social media followers on the tragedy by posting an emotional video with Carmen.

“I couldn’t handle people congratulating me, and people write me all the time congratulating me,” the “Living Clearly Method” author explained.

“I told my daughter. I hope it wasn’t throwing too much on her plate. But she had to know the truth.”

While mourning the pregnancy loss, Hilaria “couldn’t believe how many tears” she cried, saying, “You fall asleep and you wake up and remember that it’s true.”

Hilaria had experienced a separate miscarriage earlier that same year, which led to her decision to welcome daughter Lucia with the help of a surrogate.

“I [thought] if I put [the embryo] inside of me, it’s going to be a death sentence,” she said. “I was going to try to house her, just like I tried to house the babies I conceived naturally, and I was going to kill her.”

However, she gave birth to son Eduardo five months before Lucia arrived in February 2021. Hilaria and Alec, 64, went on to welcome Ilaria in September of the following year.

When it comes to having more kids, Hilaria told Us Weekly in October that “only time will tell.”

She joked, “I would have said before [that I’m] definitely done. Seven kids in, I feel like I am. But it’s Alec and me.”

The pair wed in 2012, one decade after the “30 Rock” alum’s split from ex-wife Kim Basinger. The former couple share 27-year-old daughter Ireland.
