Savannah Chrisley has custody of Grayson, Chloe after parents’ sentencing

Savannah Chrisley revealed she has custody of brother Grayson and niece Chloe after her parents, Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley, were sentenced to prison.

Savannah, 25, spoke about her “really painful and really difficult future” without Todd, 53, and Julie, 49, at home during an “Unlocked” podcast episode released Monday, hours before the couple’s fateful court hearing.

“I may come home without both of my parents. That’s what the chances are,” the “Growing Up Chrisley” alum said. “That’s the likelihood, and that’s my new normal.

“I come home Tuesday, and I have custody of a 16-year-old and a 10-year-old, and we spend our first Thanksgiving not as a family.”

The Sassy cosmetics creator began tearing up, explaining that she has “never been away from” her family over the holidays.

Later in the episode, Savannah called taking over custody of Grayson, 16, and Chloe, 10, the “hardest part” of her mother and father’s legal battle.

“[I”m] trying to navigate how you teach two younger children who aren’t fully developed yet and … get them to understand the circumstances,” she told her listeners. “That’s a really, really difficult thing.”

The former reality star vowed to give the little ones “love and hugs,” which they “need more than anything right now.”

She did not address her younger brother’s recent car accident, which sent Grayson to the hospital earlier this month.

Todd and Julie were sentenced to 19 years total in prison after being convicted of tax evasion and fraud — 12 years for the patriarch and seven for his wife.

The couple, who were found guilty in June, are also the parents of 26-year-old son Chase. Additionally, Todd shares 33-year-old daughter Lindsie and 31-year-old son Kyle, who is Chloe’s father, with his ex-wife, Teresa Terry.

Kyle has struggled with drug addiction and bipolar disorder over the years, and Todd and Julie obtained full custody of his and ex Angela Johnson’s child in 2016.

“Chloe is our family,” Todd told Us Weekly the following year. “We are glad that the world gets to see such a beautiful child grow, explore and come into herself so brilliantly through love and respect.”

While Kyle, Chase and Grayson have yet to react to the pair’s sentencing via social media, Lindsie shared an Instagram Story video on Monday of her friends bringing “hugs and champagne” during her “bad times.”

As for Savannah, she re-posted a Bible-inspired quote.

“Noah didn’t stop building the ark to explain himself to everyone who doubted and hated on him,” the social media upload read. “Keep building your ark. The rain will do the talking.”
