Aaron Carter’s fiancée calls cops as she moves things out of late singer’s home

Aaron Carter’s fiancée, Melanie Martin, called the cops to “keep the peace” while she moved her things out of the late singer’s house.

TMZ reported that a woman called the L.A. County Sheriff’s office Tuesday afternoon so they could make sure the process went by smoothly.

Moving trucks were also spotted outside the Los Angeles home as the mom of one, who wore a tie-dye hoodie, and a friend loaded her boxes.

Her painful move comes just a few days after Carter died at age 34 and his body was discovered in the bathtub.

According to reports, responding officers found multiple cans of compressed air in the singer’s bathroom, as well as in the bedroom. It was also reported that prescription pill bottles were at the scene.

Martin, 30, and Carter’s best friend, Gary Madatyan, had previously walked through the home — which the late musician was planning on selling.

“After they removed the body from the house, they allowed just a few people to get into the house. We just wanted to go in there and see if any blood or any alcohol or anything was in the house,” Madatyan told “Entertainment Tonight” on Monday.

While touring the home, Madatyan and Carter’s on-again, off-again fiancée saw aerosol cans and the “yellowish” bathtub water where the “I Want Candy” singer’s body was found.

Martin — who shares 11-month-old son Prince with the late singer — has since spoken out about the devastating loss, saying her heart is “completely broken.”

“My heart is completely broken over the passing of my fiancé Aaron. I knew he was struggling, and I tried everything to help him,” she told People

“He has a very independent and strong personality, and I couldn’t help him in the way I felt he needed it.”

“I only wish I had more people to help me with him. I will now be raising our son as a single mother and this is the worst day of my life, but I have to be strong for our son. I’m devastated,” she added.

The tumultuous couple began dating in early 2020 and got engaged just a few months later.

They welcomed their son on Nov. 22 last year but broke up just one week later after getting into a fight about Carter’s estranged family.

The “I’m All About You” singer struggled with addiction and mental health issues during the last few years of his life.

In fact, he checked into a rehab facility back in September in hopes to regain custody of the pair’s son.

“It’s an abstinence program and I work with an individual counselor,” the “Aaron’s Party” singer told The Sun at the time.

“I do group therapy, parenting classes, domestic violence classes. I got myself certified in CPR, just a lot of different things,” he continued, adding that all he wanted was his “son back.”
