The place of death is noted as “outside business Houston, TX,” which has been widely reported as 810 Billiards & Bowling.

Takeoff, whose real name was Kirshnik Khari Ball, was shot and killed around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday following a verbal argument that allegedly took place over a game of dice.

Police said in a press conference Tuesday afternoon that the “Walk It Talk It” rapper’s killer was still on the loose.

However, hours after the police chief and lead investigator on the case implored the public to “step up” with more information, new video of the moments leading up to the fatal shooting surfaced online.

The footage appears to show a man, who may be considered a person of interest, as he is seen holding a weapon moments before gunfire went off.

The man is black with short dreads and wore a navy blue shirt, a cap and a black cross-body bag with patches on it.

A close-up shot of the video shows the man’s face. His identity is not known at this time, and Houston police did not confirm to Page Six whether he is an actual suspect. We were told the investigation is “ongoing.”

Takeoff’s record label released a statement Tuesday night, giving further insight into how the “Versace” rapper died.

“It is with broken hearts and deep sadness that we mourn the loss of our beloved brother Kirsnick Khari Ball, known to the world as Takeoff,” Quality Control’s statement read.

“Senseless violence and a stray bullet has taken another life from this world and we are devastated.”

Takeoff formed the popular rap group Migos with his uncle Quavo and cousin Offset.

Offset, who was not present at the time that Takeoff was shot, paid a subtle tribute to his cousin on Instagram Wednesday.
