Hilaria Baldwin, mom of 7, reveals whether she and Alec will have more kids
Alec and Hilaria Baldwin admittedly have their hands full with seven young children, but that doesn’t mean the couple is closing the door to more babies.
“I would have said before [that I’m] definitely done. Seven kids in, I feel like I am,” Hilaria told Us Weekly in an interview published Monday.
“But it’s Alec and me,” she noted. “So time will tell!”
The Boston-born yoga instructor, 38, and her actor hubby, 64, welcomed the youngest “Baldwinito,” daughter Ilaria Catalina Irena, last month.
Ilaria joined big siblings Carmen, 9, Rafael, 7, Leonardo, 6, Romeo, 4, Eduardo, 2, and Lucia, 20 months, as well as Ireland, Alec’s 27-year-old daughter with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
“I have to say that once I passed three kids, I just embraced the chaos,” Hilaria further told Us Weekly. “We have a wild and super fun house. Always something going on.”
Despite her elation over Ilaria’s Sept. 22 arrival, the fitness guru admitted shortly after giving birth that she was dealing with intense mom guilt — a feeling that still creeps up.
“It doesn’t matter if you have one kid or a million, I think many parents feel like we are never enough,” she explained during Monday’s interview, adding that she is “trying to lean into self-compassion” and remind herself that she is “only one person trying her best.”
The “Mom Brain” podcast host went on to share that her biggest hurdle these days is “being truly present for each” child.
She acknowledged she doesn’t “get it right all the time” when it comes to balancing “nightly homework” with the oldest two, “play” time with the middle ones and “breast-feeding the youngest” kids.
Earlier this month, Hilaria shared the first family portrait showing all seven of her and Alec’s brood, marveling at the duo’s “dream team.”
“Who’s luckier than us?” the Emmy winner commented on a subsequent picture of just their kids.
“I love you. All….of you,” he added in a second comment.
