Scammer Anna Delvey out on bond using money from art sales, finds apt

Socialite scammer Anna Delvey is out on bond using money from her online art sales, Page Six is told exclusively.

After being granted $10,000 bond by US Immigration Judge Charles Conroy on Wednesday, the fake heiress was out of ICE detention on Friday evening after hitting all the conditions for her release.

Her rep, Juda Engelmayer, tells Page Six that Delvey, [aka Anna Sorokin], had the money for bond from selling her artwork online. Delvey — who had a solo show in NYC in May titled “Allegedly” — has been selling pieces by posting them on her Instagram.

She’ll have to find another way to promote her work now that she’s out. The judge also ruled that Delvey — who has 1 million Instagram followers — cannot post on social media “either directly or by a third party.”

This week Page Six reported that the fraudster was scrambling for a place to stay since she needed to provide the court a residential address where she will be under “24-hour confinement” for “the duration of her immigration proceedings.”

We’re told she has found a spot downtown to call home during her house arrest for close to $5,000 in rent, and has paid three months of a six-month lease upfront.

Despite her past scamming businesses and friends out of money, she has also found a guarantor to sign the lease, says a source.

We’re told Delvey will not be allowed to leave the apartment, and visitors will have to be approved and scheduled.

Her lawyer, Duncan Levin, said in a statement this week: “We are extremely gratified by the court’s decision today to release Anna Sorokin. The judge rightfully recognized that Anna is not a danger to the community.”

Delvey — who was the subject of the Netflix hit “Inventing Anna” — partied her way through NYC’s elite social circles by posing as an heiress, bilking luxury hotels out of thousands, and even conning a pal to pay for a lavish trip to Morocco.

In 2019, Delvey was convicted on eight counts, including grand larceny and theft of services. She was also convicted of attempted grand larceny for trying to fake her way into a $22 million bank loan for an arts club. She was sentenced to 4 to 12 years in prison, and was released on good behavior on February 11, 2021.

She was then picked up by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers on March 25, 2021, and was held at the Orange County Correctional Facility in Goshen, NY.

Delvey plans to appeal both her criminal conviction and deportation.
