Jon Hamm calls out Erika Jayne over earrings drama: ‘They were never yours’

Unexpected “Housewives” fan Jon Hamm called out Erika Jayne for her hesitation to give back the $750,000 diamond earrings her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, gifted her with allegedly stolen settlement funds.

“You just want to shake her and go, ‘Honey, they were never yours,'” the “Mad Men” alum, 51, said on Sirius XM’s “The Howard Stern Show” on Monday. “Give them back.”

He then questioned whether the earrings are valued at $750,000 or $1.3 million, but reaffirmed, “Give them back.”

The luxe items were originally valued at $750,000 when purchased back in 2007. However, their worth has since increased.

In January, the trustee in Girardi’s bankruptcy case filed a claim requesting to have the diamond earrings returned. They alleged the jewelry was bought using money that was in a client trust account at Girardi’s old law firm, Girardi & Keese.

The order sparked a debate about whether Jayne, 51, should immediately return the earrings, but the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star previously said in court documents that she wanted to wait for the results of the investigation to give them back.

“First, Erika is completely innocent,” her attorney Evan Borges alleged in the filing exclusively obtained by Page Six at the time.

“Not even the trustee alleges that Erika knew the source of funds that her wealthy husband used to buy her a gift of earrings 15 years ago (which replaced a prior set of earrings bought years prior to that).”

However, in June, a Los Angeles judge ruled that Jayne must return the earrings as they were purchased with misappropriated funds.

A month later, the “Xxpen$ive” singer filed an appeal in an effort to keep the luxury goods.

Aside from Jayne’s legal drama, Hamm shared he is also an avid watcher of “The Real Housewives of New York” and “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” — with the latter being the first franchise to snag his attention.

“I am fascinated by it, I really am,” he admitted to Stern, 68. “I resisted it for decades. I thought it was the low-hanging fruit.”

A rep for Jayne did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment on Hamm’s remarks.
