Chloe Lattanzi posts about grief 2 weeks after mom Olivia Newton-John’s death

Olivia Newton-John’s daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, shared an emotional Instagram graphic about grief two weeks after the singer’s death.

“Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot,” the 36-year-old captioned the quote, attributed to Jamie Anderson, with a red heart emoji on Saturday.

“All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.”

Lattanzi posted the floral graphic two weeks after the “Grease” star lost her battle with breast cancer at age 73.

The late actress’ husband, John Easterling, announced Newton-John’s passing in an Aug. 8 Facebook post.

“Olivia has been a symbol of triumphs and hope for over 30 years sharing her journey with breast cancer,” the 70-year-old businessman wrote at the time.

“Her healing inspiration and pioneering experience with plant medicine continues with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund, dedicated to researching plant medicine and cancer,” Easterling continued, asking for “privacy” amid his family’s grieving.

Lattanzi, for her part, posted an Instagram carousel of throwback photos that same day.

She penned a lengthy message to her mother on Aug. 9, calling her a “lighthouse” and a “safe space.”

Lattanzi wrote, “It has been my honor and continues to be my honor to be your baby and best friend. You are an angel on earth and everyone touched by you has been blessed. I love you forever my life giver, my teacher, my mama.”

By the following year, her cancer was incurable as it had progressed to stage 4.
