Hilaria Baldwin feels ‘body slowing down’ as she expects seventh baby

Hilaria Baldwin reflected on Instagram about the “wear and tear” she’s feeling during the third trimester of her pregnancy.

The yoga instructor, 38, is expecting her seventh child with husband Alec Baldwin, 64, and has been documenting her pregnancy journey on social media.

In a 27-second video shared Thursday, the doting mom can be seen doing some exercises in high-heeled boots at home.

“As I begin the final trimester of this pregnancy, I feel my body slowing down,” she wrote alongside the clip. “I love exercising while pregnant and feel grateful that my pregnancies have allowed for me to be active.”

“We all know that every pregnancy is different and much control we have to let go to nature and listen to what our reality is Age and wear and tear of so many pregnancies and babies are things I def feel,” she added.

Despite the challenges, Hilaria admitted she’s grateful to be going through another pregnancy after suffering two miscarriages in 2019.

“Respecting the slowing down process and then the slow rev up again after baby. The expansion and contraction of the body. How grateful I am to have these experiences in my life’s story,” she added.

Hilaria previously said her past miscarriages played a part in her wanting to keep the sex of the baby private at first.

The Baldwins faced a serious scandal last year when Alec was named in a wrongful death lawsuit filed in February by the family of Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer killed in an on-set shooting.

The “30 Rock” alum is accused of firing the single bullet that killed Hutchins on the set of the Western movie “Rust” on Oct. 21.

Fighting back tears in an interview since the shooting, the actor claimed he had no idea there were real bullets in the gun and that he “didn’t pull the trigger.”

The investigation into Hutchins’ death is ongoing.
