Blue Ivy is adorably embarrassed by Jay-Z’s hug and kiss at NBA Finals

Blue Ivy can’t stay “Young Forever.”

Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s daughter had the best reaction to her dad, 52, showing affection while they sat courtside at the NBA Finals on Monday.

When the rapper was caught on camera putting his arm around the 10-year-old, she seemingly asked him to stop, saying, “Not my hair.”

The Grammy winner doubled down, kissing his daughter’s cheek and flashing a peace sign.

“When you just casually tell THE Jay-Z to chillllllll with all that PDA,” one Twitter user wrote of the video. “Blue been hilarious.”

Another added, “The way Blue behaved when Jay-Z put his hand round her is the exact way my daughter will behave. Forming big girl and the don’t stress me kinda energy.”

Others debated over which parent Blue most resembles, with one fan tweeting, “Most people can see Beyoncé but I still see only Jay-Z. Is this a blue and black/ white and gold dress situation?”

Blue looked all grown up at the sporting event rocking a leather jacket, black pants and Nikes. Jay-Z, who is also the father of 5-year-old twins Sir and Rumi, sported a similar all-black outfit on their father-daughter date night, as well as white sneakers.

The pair watched the game intently as the Golden State Warriors beat the Boston Celtics by 10 points, later chatting with Stephen Curry.

The duo recently enjoyed another outing without Queen B, accompanying Chris Martin and his two kids — Apple, 18, and Moses, 16 — on a March Disneyland trip.

Jay-Z has been vocal about his bond with his eldest child over the years, hilariously telling “The Shop Interrupted” podcast cohosts in May 2021 that she is less than impressed by his successful career.

“I got the [Hall of Fame] announcement [when] I was taking Blue to school. I was like, ‘This ain’t no celebration,'” he joked at the time. “She walked away. I was like, ‘Yo, give me a kiss, I’m in the Hall of Fame!’ She was like, ‘Bye, dad.’”

As for Blue’s own future in the music industry, the songwriter doesn’t have any specific expectations.

“Feeling loved is the most important thing a child needs, you know?” Jay-Z told The Sunday Times in April. “What if my child doesn’t want to be in music or sports? I have no idea, right? But as long as your child feels supported and feels loved, I think anything is possible.”
