Michael Rubin bringing A-list July 4th bash back to The Hamptons

If you don’t get the bubbly, don’t bother.

Fanatics mogul Michael Rubin is bringing back his exclusive July Fourth bash at his Hamptons estate, we hear. But sources say he’s keeping the guest list even more exclusive this year.

A-listers including Meek Mill, DJ Khaled and The Chainsmokers have already been posting social media pics of the party’s invitations — which included hand-delivered bottles of Jay-Z’s Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Silver Blanc de Blancs that go for over $700 a pop.

The champagne usually comes in black cases, but was sent out in custom clear boxes that said in white letters, “Michael Rubin’s White Party.”

Last year at Rubin’s inaugural Independence Day party — which also served as a star-studded housewarming for his $50 million Bridgehampton estate — attendees included Beyoncé and Jay Z, Patriots owner Robert Kraft, MLB commissioner Rob Manfred, Alex Rodriguez, Jon Bon Jovi, J Balvin, James Harden, Steve Ross, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby, Quavo, Winnie Harlow, Karlie Kloss and more.

Pals have started posting pics of the party’s over-the-top invitations.

The party has already been immortalized in a rap tune by Yo Gotti. His lyrics in “Just Left The Hamptons” include “Michael Rubin just inspired me (For real)/All white party, what’s the earning/That I thought getting a hundred bricks was ill… a hundred mill’ in the crib (Ugh), damn.”

We hear that Rubin’s being inundated with requests to get into the party, including people trying to pay their way in. But a source tells Page Six of the party of the summer: “You can’t buy your way in, and it’s a smaller list than last year.”

Last year, we reported that the party drew about 250 guests, plus planned and spontaneous performances by Tinashe, Lil Baby, Megan Thee Stallion, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi and Lil Uzi Vert, along with fireworks on the beach.

Rubin is also a partner in the Philadelphia 76ers. His oceanfront estate is over 8,000 square feet, with seven bedrooms, four bathrooms and a pool on nearly 6.5 acres.
