Megan Fox’s latest look is inspired by ‘grandma’s sofa’

Call it couch couture.

Megan Fox is famous for baring it (almost) all in sexy styles, but her latest outfit might remind you of something decidedly dowdier.

The “Jennifer’s Body” beauty stepped out in LA this week in a layered, print-heavy look by Knwls comprised of flared leggings, matching arm warmers, a black mesh bra, a plaid bustier and a wide headband in the same fabric.

While her corset top was cropped enough to expose her toned abs and plunging enough to show off her shoulders and décolletage, the clashing earth-toned prints didn’t exactly scream “sexy.”

“Everybody’s grandma had that one sofa,” Fox captioned her Instagram snap of the outfit Wednesday, letting fans in on her inspiration — and urging them to swipe for a photo of the aforementioned upholstery.

“This outfit makes no sense but it’s Megan fox so I love it,” one follower commented, while another joked, “You might be cosplaying as a sofa but can you just sit on me instead mami.”

Perhaps the future Mrs. Machine Gun Kelly, 35, was simply looking to get ahead of the memes; who could forget when Kim Kardashian’s gloved Givenchy maternity gown for the 2013 Met Gala sparked similar sofa comparisons?

“I think Robin Williams even tweeted it, said I looked like Mrs. Doubtfire,” Kardashian previously told Vogue of the infamous ensemble. “I was crying the whole way home because I just couldn’t believe it.”

Considering that Kim’s sister (and Fox’s friend) Kourtney has also drawn style inspiration from a sofa in recent years, perhaps the Skims founder was simply ahead of her time.
