Olivia Munn, John Mulaney’s baby has a playdate with Henry Golding’s kid
Malcolm Mulaney is already making friends, as his parents, John Mulaney and Olivia Munn, took their newborn on a playdate with Henry Golding’s daughter.
“Malcolm met Lyla today 😍,” Munn, 41, captioned a gallery of photos on Instagram Thursday of their family hanging out with Golding, 34, his wife, fitness guru Liv Lo, and their 9-month-old daughter, Lyla.
Lyla gently kissed Malcolm on the head in one snap while the moms smiled and posed while holding their little ones in another. The dads also snapped photos with their infants.
Lo, 36, also shared a snap with Munn as they held their kids, captioning the adorable shot, “Sometimes all you need is mum time. Congratulations @oliviamunn @johnmulaney he’s perfect 😍🥰❤️.”
Munn and Mulaney, 39, welcomed Malcolm on Nov. 24, while the Goldings became parents to Lyla in March 2021.
Shortly before welcoming their firstborn, “Violet” actress Munn admitted that she and the stand-up comedian were “scared” to become new parents.
“We talk about the same stuff. Which rocker? What type of crib do you put the baby in? What does the baby wear?” she said on the “Today” show in November. “Honestly, thank God for Instagram and Facebook and blogs because there’s a lot of moms who put out such great information, and that’s been a saving grace for me.”
They surely came in handy while Munn struggled to breastfeed.
“Breastfeeding is soooo hard, especially if you have low supply,” she admitted on her Instagram Stories last week. “8 weeks in and I’ve taken a million vitamins, countless teas, lozenges, tinctures, and worked with two lactation consultants. Breastfeeding. Is. Hard.”
Despite the expected challenges of parenthood, the couple appear to be enjoying their little one, with Mulaney sharing precious snaps the day his son turned 2 months old.
“Happy Birthday to the tiny man who has been stuck to me for two months,” Mulaney captioned the Instagram post. “Whoever you are sir, you sure are a fun companion.”
The “SNL” alum became a dad in the midst of his now-finalized divorce from Anna Marie Tendler.
