MGK proposed to Megan Fox outside the Ritz-Carlton spa in Puerto Rico

Well, that’s one way to relax.

While Megan Fox made it seem like she and Machine Gun Kelly got engaged beneath a beautiful banyan tree in the heart of nature, Page Six can exclusively reveal that the “Bloody Valentine” rocker actually proposed outside the Spa Botánico at the Ritz-Carlton Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico.

It’s unclear if they drank each other’s blood before or after any spa treatments they may have undergone — or maybe that was part of the package, who’s to say?

Neither reps for the hotel nor the couple immediately returned Page Six’s request for comment.

Suites at the luxe hotel begin at $2,300 for the month of January, though the least expensive option is nearly sold out, according to the website.

The couple announced Wednesday that 31-year-old Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, popped the question on Jan. 11 after more than a year and a half of dating.

“Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma. Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him,” Fox, 35, captioned the filmed proposal.

“And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes …and then we drank each other’s blood.”

Kelly teamed up with jeweler Stephen Webster to design a “toi et moi”-style engagement ring featuring the twin flames’ birthstones: a diamond for himself and an emerald for his bride-to-be.

The two pear-shaped stones are set “on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love,” Kelly wrote on Instagram.

Page Six exclusively reported that Fox, still giddy from the engagement, was happy to show off her new bling to fans inside the Delta Lounge on a layover at JFK Airport in New York. The pair were likely headed home to Los Angeles.

Fox and Kelly met in March 2020 while filming “Midnight in the Switchgrass.” They went Instagram-official in July 2020 and have been inseparable ever since, including on a trip to Costa Rica, where they did ayahuasca “in the middle of the jungle” yet managed to leave out the fact that they ended the trip with a stay at the exclusive Four Seasons.

It seems they love to blur the line between leaves and luxury.
