Tory Lanez told Megan Thee Stallion to ‘dance, b—h, dance’ before shooting, cop testifies

An LA cop testified Tuesday that rapper Tory Lanez shouted, “Dance, bitch, dance!” at hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion before shooting the ground near her feet last year — and a judge ruled the suspect must now stand trial in the case, authorities said.

Megan, 25, “immediately felt pain to her feet, observed blood, fell to the ground, and then crawled to an adjacent driveway of a residence,” LAPD Detective Ryan Stogner said during the pre-trial hearing for Lanez, according to TMZ.

The cop said a panicked Lanez, 29, later begged Megan to keep quiet about the shooting because he was on probation and even offered her hush money.

The judge ruled that Lanez must stand trial for allegedly squeezing off multiple shots and injuring Megan during a dispute outside a Hollywood Hills home in July 2020,

Megan ended up with shrapnel in her feet. She initially claimed she suffered the injuries by stepping on glass before changing her story and blaming Lanez.

Lanez is charged with assault with a semiautomatic firearm in a manner that caused great bodily injury and carrying a concealed, unregistered weapon, the report said.

During Monday’s hearing, in which his charges were upheld, he looked irritated and at one point snapped at the detective, the Los Angeles Times reported.

He has pleaded not guilty. His trial is set to begin Jan. 13.
