Beyoncé sends Katie Couric flowers after ‘Going There’ book launch

Katie Couric has a fan in Beyoncé.

The former “Today” anchor posted a photo of a large flower arrangement that the “Drunk In Love” singer sent her following the book launch of her bombshell memoir, “Going There.”

“Wow thank you so much [Beyonce] for these gorgeous flowers! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Beyoncé for years now, ever since I interviewed Destiny’s Child back in the ’90s,” Couric wrote on Instagram Thursday.

“She is a dream and has always been so supportive, especially of my colon cancer work. Thank you B. Sending love back your way always,” she added.

Couric’s tome continues to be the talk of the town, thanks in part to our coverage, according to former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who threw a launch party for the book on Wednesday.

“Thanks to The Post, the book is now on the Amazon best-seller list,” he quipped when introducing her.

Guests at the Bloomberg Foundation bash included Uma Thurman and Georgina Chapman, who attended with boyfriend Adrian Brody.

Couric’s book has mostly been making headlines for unkind revelations she made about former colleagues like Ashleigh Banfield and Deborah Norville. But she returned to her old “Today” studio last week and declared that the heart of the book are the sections on her late husband, Jay Monahan, who died of cancer in 1998 at the age of 42.

“I just thought this was a good time to look back … and kind of make Jay come alive for [our daughters] Ellie and Carrie,” she told Savannah Guthrie.
