Rihanna’s grocery-shopping outfit includes Chanel, pearls and a peekaboo bra
Some folks hit up their local Whole Foods in sweats or leggings, but not Rihanna.
The newly minted billionaire, 33, went grocery shopping in Tribeca on Sunday, dressed in a head-to-toe designer look.
The bad gal wore a black tweed Chanel jacket — worn almost entirely unbuttoned to let her Savage X Fenty lace bra ($59.95) peek out — with ripped Gucci jeans ($890), Adidas sneakers and a bright green Yankees x Museum of Modern Art cap ($32).
But Rihanna really took things to the next level with her jewelry, piling on nearly four figures’ worth of Vivienne Westwood pearls along with an emerald choker, bejeweled Christian Dior necklace, pearl drop earrings and Chanel chain belt.
But dressing to the nines to pick out produce is nothing new for the “Diamonds” singer. In March, she stepped out for another stylish grocery run in a tropical-print Celine shirt, shredded denim miniskirt and Amina Muaddi heels, even matching her pink boxers to her peekaboo bralette.
And who can forget when Rihanna raided the shelves at Chanel’s supermarket-themed Fall 2014 show?
It’s been a busy summer for the songstress, who in addition to releasing Fenty’s first fragrance has been frequently spotted out and about with boyfriend A$AP Rocky in tons of head-turning styles, from pink furry hats to denim hot pants.
