Madonna celebrates 63rd birthday in elaborate 3-pound headpiece

The Queen of Pop deserves her crown.

Madonna rang in her 63rd birthday in Italy with family and friends on Monday, dressed in a skintight mermaid-print dress by Burberry’s Riccardo Tisci.

She styled the look with fishnet tights, sheer lace opera gloves, studded Miu Miu heels and plenty of gold and gem-studded necklaces, including a giant Dolce & Gabbana cross.

But the pièce de résistance of Madge’s party outfit was her elaborate custom headpiece by Rinaldy Yunardi, which framed her famous face with sparkling stones and gold spikes.

“The design was inspired by Madonna’s personality,” Yunardi told Page Six Style. “As she has always been a risk-taker and innovator, the halo around her head was used to signify brilliance.”

The Indonesian milliner and accessories designer shared that the piece took about three weeks to make, weighs roughly three pounds and includes “a couple hundred” Swarovski crystals.

“I felt exhilarated seeing her wear it at her birthday party. I am a huge fan,” he gushed.

Yunardi is a celebrity favorite, having crafted pieces for Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey, Shakira and Dita Von Teese in the past.

The regal getup wasn’t Madonna’s only birthday look, though; on Sunday, she partied in a pleated Versace shirt dress ($2,125) with an undersea print.

The music legend was joined by boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams and close pal Debi Mazar on her big day, along with all six of her children: sons Rocco Ritchie, 21, and David Banda, 15, along with daughters Lourdes Leon, 24, Mercy James, 15, and Estere and Stelle Ciccone, both 8.

Estere and Stella coordinated with their mom in matching Dolce & Gabbana dresses at her birthday bash, while Lourdes went a more minimalist route in a nude body-con minidress and Telfar x Ugg bag.
