Kaley Cuoco slams German coach who allegedly punched Olympic horse

Kaley Cuoco is disgusted by the allegations that a German coach punched a horse, Saint Boy, during the 2021 Olympics.

Cuoco, who has been an equestrian since childhood, slammed coach Kim Raisner and rider Annika Schleu for the incident, which occurred on August 7th.

“You and your team did not do your county proud, or this sport,” the 35-year-old actress wrote in a now expired Instagram story on Friday. “You make us look bad. Shame on you and godspeed to any animal that comes in contact with you.”

“The Flight Attendant” star even offered to buy Saint Boy from them, writing, “Name your price.”

Raisner allegedly punched Saint Boy above his back leg during the modern pentathlon event because he “refused to jump.” She even encouraged Schleu to do the same when he misbehaved during warmups and they were both disqualified from the event, as The Post previously reported.

Coach Raisner was also disqualified from participating in the mens modern pentathlon the following day.

Cuoco felt that it was her “duty and heart to comment on this disgrace.”

“This is not Olympic show jumping. This is a disgusting, classless, abusive representation of our sport in so many ways. This team should be ashamed of themselves,” she continued.

Not only does Cuoco ride horses, but her husband, Karl Cook, is also an equestrian and a trainer.

In February 2020, Cuoco told equestrian magazine “Sidelines” that her husband was the “hardest working and most empathetic rider.”

“He always feels the horses’ needs come first, and everything else is secondary.”
