This “Good Will Hunting” reboot looks interesting.
Matt Damon third-wheeled his lifelong pal Ben Affleck and Affleck’s beau, Jennifer Lopez, on a beach stroll in Malibu, Calif., Sunday, as seen in photos obtained by TMZ.
The outlet reported the trio stopped and chatted with fans along the way, with Lopez standing out from the “Dogma” co-stars in a flowing white bathing suit cover-up.
Damon has previously spoken out in support of Affleck’s rekindled romance with Lopez. Amid rumors of the couple’s reunion in May, Damon joked on the “Today” show, “There’s not enough liquor in the world for you to get me to say something about that.”
“I love them both,” the Oscar winner admitted before adding, “I hope it’s true. That would be awesome.”
In July, Damon affirmed he was rooting for the couple — who by then had made their relationship Instagram-official — sharing that he was “just so happy for [Affleck]. He’s the best.”
“He deserves every happiness in the world,” the “Stillwater” star gushed to “Extra,” adding, “I’m glad for both of them.”
The star joked one day later on SiriusXM’s The Jess Cagle Show, “how else would I be? Like, would I be unhappy? Like, ‘I hate true love?”
“It sucks,” Damon continued to joke. “Yeah. I wish them nothing, but you know, hardship.”
Affleck and Lopez first sparked rumors of a reunion in April after their respective splits from Ana de Armas and Alex Rodriguez, 17 years after calling off their engagement in January 2004. Since then, the “Argo” star and “Dinero” singer’s PDA-filled relationship has dominated headlines.
