‘Queer Eye’ star Tan France welcomes son Ismail via surrogate

The fab five just got a little bit bigger.

On Monday, “Queer Eye” star Tan France celebrated the arrival of his first son, Ismail France on Instagram.

“Give our son a warm welcome,” Tan wrote on Instagram Monday under a photo of him and his husband Rob holding the baby.

The two welcomed the boy on July 10, four months after they shared the news they were expecting a baby via surrogate.

Tan shared that the couple’s son had arrived seven weeks earlier than planned, prompting a three-week NICU stay. The proud dads were finally able to bring their son home on Monday, the reality TV star said.

He added, “We love him so, so much. Like, fully obsessed.”

The “Queer Eye” star also gave fans an update on the couple’s surrogate, who remained unnamed, sharing, “Our Surrogate is doing so great, post-labor, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the greatest gift in our lives. 🥰”

Friends of the pair were quick to share their own congratulations with the happy couple.

“😍🥺😭,” actor Wilmer Valderrama commented under his post.

“Congratulations Rob & Tan!!!So happy for you ♥️♥️ xoxoxo,” Katie Couric wrote.

The new dads have been together since 2008, tying the knot in 2013 after the Defense of Marriage Act was overturned in the US. Tan and Rob, a pediatric nurse and former Mormon, currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The British fashion star first revealed the pair were expecting in April alongside a photo of himself with an ultrasound Photoshopped over his bare stomach.

“With the greatest gift/help of the most wonderful surrogate, Rob and I are lucky enough to be on our way to being parents, this summer. [It’s] something we’ve wanted for SOooo many years. Our hearts are so full right now. I cannot wait to hold this baby, and to show him so much love.”
