‘Luxury micro-dosing supper club’ coming to Tribeca

Do you want highs with that?

A “luxury micro-dosing” supper club is coming to Tribeca, we hear.

The Medly supper club will be appearing at trendy downtown space Spring Studios — known to many as a New York Fashion Week venue — on July 17, where organizers will be making the most of New York’s new weed regulations by serving a “micro-dosed series of four bites, three-course plated meal, and dessert.”

“This is a space to celebrate the intersection of fine dining and cannabis,” according to its site. “Medly Supper Club is designed to encourage conversation amongst our guests.”

Some of the dishes from Chef Andrew Gerson — a graduate of the University of Gastronomic Pollenzo, Italy — include king salmon crudo with citrus, a spicy grapefruit reduction and infused olive oil, and seared duck breast with an Asian-inspired sauce. There’s also Island Creek oysters and uni spoons on the menu.

The dope-y dinner will be served to 200 guests “from various industries such as retails, tech, fashion, pharmaceuticals, music, art and more” on the rooftop terrace with views over the Hudson, with a live DJ to provide appropriate vibes.

“Beyond providing a memorable experience,” according to the organizers, “the mission of this dinner series is to host a sophisticated conversation designed to inspire and galvanize leaders to shape the future of luxury cannabis.”

Native Philadelphian Gerson previously launched pasta pop-ups in Philly, collaborated with Brooklyn Brewery and helped get the Brooklyn outpost of the famed Roman restaurant Antica Pesa off the ground. He also traveled with The Mash, a nationwide series from the Brewery that paired local artistic luminaries and meals.
