Ben Affleck schmoozes with Jennifer Lopez’s kids during intimate dinner
Things are looking more and more serious for Bennifer 2.0.
Ben Affleck was photographed joining Jennifer Lopez and her kids for dinner at Nobu in Malibu on Sunday night.
Affleck, 48, and J.Lo, 51, were seen arriving at the hotspot at around 5:30 p.m. along with the “Dinero” singer’s 13-year-old twins, Max and Emme.
The group was apparently celebrating Lopez’s sister Linda’s 50th birthday.
Also seen for the gathering was Lopez’s longtime manager and friend Benny Medina.
The pop star looked ethereal in a flowy white maxi dress, a brown belt and a crocodile Birkin bag. She also wore her signature massive gold hoops and a half-up high ponytail.
The “Gone Girl” actor opted for a more muted look in a black button-down shirt, black pants and a gray peacoat.
The pair weren’t shying away from showing any PDA, and Affleck was spotted entering the venue with his hand placed on Lopez’s lower back.
Lopez was also touchy-feely with Affleck and was seen linking arms with him.
The couple were also seen smooching and canoodling with each other throughout the festivities.
At the end of the evening, Affleck and Lopez were seen saying goodnight to Max and Emme, whom J.Lo shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, before they left in an SUV.
He was also seen giving Lopez’s sister a big hug goodbye at the end of the evening.
She and Affleck then piled into their own car and left together.
The party lasted until around 9 p.m.
Affleck has been spending lots of time with the singer’s family. Last week, he was spotted with her mom, Guadalupe Rodríguez, while he was filming a project in a Las Vegas casino.
And things seemed to have gone well because her mom has reportedly given Affleck her stamp of approval.
“In the past, Jennifer’s mom and Ben were very close,” a source close to Lopez told People. “Guadalupe loved Ben. She was sad when they couldn’t work things out years ago. She is thrilled that they are back together now.”
Lopez and Affleck, who were previously engaged but called things off in 2004, rekindled their romance in April and have since been traveling around the country to see each other.
Their rekindled relationship comes after Lopez ended her engagement to Alex Rodriguez following rumors that he had cheated on her.
Affleck shares three kids, Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
