Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez seen kissing after brief breakup
Looks like A-Rod is back on first base with J.Lo.
The former MLB heavy hitter was seen smooching his pop-star fiancée last weekend as they spent time together in the Dominican Republic patching up their relationship.
Clad in a white robe, Jennifer Lopez appeared relaxed and happy as she and Alex Rodriguez smooched and gathered closely around a tablet and a breakfast tray.
The superstar couple were putting up a united front on the Caribbean island — where J.Lo is shooting the film “Shotgun Wedding” — after news broke last Friday that they were planning to end their engagement and split up.
Page Six exclusively reported on Wednesday that Lopez and Rodriguez decided to get back together and make a go of their four-year relationship after having a heart-to-heart talk during their weekend getaway.
“They had a great couple days in the DR,” a source said. “They continue to work through things. That’s the status quo right now. They’re together.”
Sources told us on Thursday that while the couple may have reunited over the weekend, it’s still unclear if the relationship will last.
Leading up to the split, Lopez had “recently been very upset on the set” of her film, and “for the last two weeks they have not been together and the last few days they were not good … They’ve been having some crazy issues.”
One issue, we reported, was Rodriguez’s link to “Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy.
Also, the long distance in recent weeks between the “Jenny From the Block” singer and the 45-year-old retired Yankees first baseman led to strain.
Throughout the pandemic, they remained essentially inseparable, spending time together in a pandemic bubble with their kids.
Lopez shares 12-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Rodriguez is the father of two daughters, Natasha and Ella, with ex Cynthia Scurtis.
Lopez, 51, previously had revealed that the couple went into therapy during the pandemic.
