Meghan Markle wore this ‘perfect’ J.Crew jacket for her Oprah interview

Meghan Markle’s ready to weather any storm, thanks to this rainy-day layer.

While showing Oprah Winfrey around her backyard chicken coop with Prince Harry — footage of which aired Sunday as part of the Sussexes’ interview with the TV mega-mogul — the Duchess paired J.Crew’s Perfect Lightweight Jacket with a white button-down shirt, jeans, Hunter rain boots and her Verse “A” pendant necklace, the latter a nod to her son Archie.

One of J.Crew’s bestselling styles, the jacket typically retails for $128, but it’s currently on sale for 30% off, at $89.50.

Enter the code EXTRA at checkout, and you’ll save an additional 15%, bringing the final price to just $76 — an arguable steal for a Markle-approved closet classic, especially compared to the $4,700 Armani dress she wore for the sit-down.

Along with the Duchess’ chosen dark moss color, the piece is also available in navy, black and bright green, and at press time was still available in most sizes and shades. In addition to being water-resistant, it also features a hood, fishtail hem, multiple pockets and an adjustable waist with an elastic drawcord.

We’re sure fellow J.Crew obsessive Prince Harry would approve, too.
