Rachel Lindsay returns to Instagram following Bachelor Nation harassment

Rachel Lindsay has returned to Instagram.

On Saturday, the former “Bachelorette” star, 35, shared a series of posts on her page, days after disabling her account due to harassment she received from fans of the “Bachelor” franchise.

“Good vibes only,” Lindsay captioned a scenic video shared on her Instagram story. She also added a shot from her first time hiking in Los Angeles.

A separate post on Lindsay’s page also featured a floral arrangement with the empowering message: “‘I want to be like a sunflower so that even on the darkest days I will stand tall and find the sunlight.’ 🌻🌻🌻”

Lindsay deleted her Instagram account last week amid hateful messages she received in the wake of her controversial interview with “Bachelor” host Chris Harrison in February.

During her exchange with Harrison on “Extra,” Lindsay — who became the first black “Bachelorette” in 2017 — confronted Harrison, 49, about the alleged racist past behavior from current contestant Rachel Kirkconnell.

“I saw a picture of her at a sorority party five years ago, and that’s it, boom. This girl is in this book now, and she’s now in this group, and I’m like, really?” Harrison said during the interview.

“Well, the picture was from 2018 at an Old South antebellum party,” Lindsay replied. “That’s not a good look.”

Harrison responded, “Is it [not] a good look in 2018, or is it not a good look in 2021?”

Following the interview, Harrison issued an apology and announced he would be stepping away from the franchise for a period of time.

Lindsay’s “Higher Learning” podcast co-host, Van Lathan, had previously addressed her decision to get off social media.

“Rachel is not responsible for Chris Harrison, a 49-year-old man who can’t read the room in these 2021 times. She’s not responsible for that,” he said. “It’s not her job to make excuses or provide cover for somebody who doesn’t understand what the f–k triggers people in today’s world. It’s not. You’re going after the wrong person.”

Although Harrison has expressed his desire to return to the franchise, he’s been replaced for the upcoming “The Bachelor: After the Final Rose” special.

Emmanuel Acho, a former NFL linebacker, is set to serve as the host.
