“The Bachelor” Matt James is in Tampa for Super Bowl 2021.
The 29-year-old “flew under the radar” as he dined at Datz in South Tampa the night before the game, an insider told Page Six.
The source added that James — who played college football for Wake Forest University — “tried to keep a low profile” but was very nice when a few ladies in the restaurant noticed him.
The reality-TV hunk was “third-wheeling a casual date night” between pals Kate Dooley and Dylan Ritchey, who are both friends with James’ BFF Tyler Cameron, the source said.
Earlier in the day, James posted a photo to his Instagram story with Cameron, who competed on Season 15 of “The Bachelorette” before James became “The Bachelor.”
“Tampa, we’re hangry! Where should we eat,” he captioned the pic.
However, we’re told Cameron, 28, did not join James and the crew for dinner.
James and Cameron both played football for Wake Forest.
It’s unclear if James will be attending the Super Bowl in person.
