Ciara reveals 28-pound weight loss after giving birth

Ciara is having a “Body Party.”

The mom of three, 35, shared that she’s lost 28 pounds with the help of Weight Watchers.

“Super Proud of where I am starting off 2021!” she captioned a sultry selfie on Monday. “Down 28 pounds thanks to @WW!! This journey has been easy, stress free and fun! Especially juggling mommy life, work life, exercise, etc! The WW app has been a game changer! 20 more lbs to go! 💃🏽”

Fellow Weight Watchers advocate Oprah Winfrey commented, “Go CiCi, go! 💪🏾💃🏾”

The “Level Up” singer revealed in August that she wanted to lose 48 pounds after giving birth to son Win Harrison the previous month.

Ciara, who has been married to Russell Wilson since 2016, is also mom to Sienna Princess Wilson, 3.

She revealed in a 2018 Cosmopolitan interview that she worked out up to three times a day after giving birth to her daughter, saying: “It was a good challenge, one I set for myself, not for anyone else. Taking care of myself makes me feel really good. And I want to keep it sexy too, you know.”

She also shares a son, Future Zahir Wilburn, 6, with rapper Future.

Ciara told Shape in a 2015 interview that she dropped 60 pounds in four months after welcoming her first son.

“I was on the treadmill the very next day,” she said. “Once I got back into it, I worked out two or three times daily. I would go to Gunnar [Peterson] first for my one-hour training session, then I’d have two more cardio sessions later in the day. That, along with a really clean eating plan, was how I lost 60 pounds in four months. It was a very intense program, and I was extremely focused on it.”
